NECC Community Care Staff

It is common practice for new recruits to work alongside existing staff members at first to ‘learn the job,’ and to ensure that the service being offered is consistent.

  • Staff are provided with ongoing support and are encouraged to take up ongoing training opportunities.
  • Co-ordinators of care meet with people receiving services and Community Carers on a regular basis to check that the service being provided meets with satisfaction and to arrange for any change or adjustment to the service being provided should that be necessary.
