North East Community Care Ltd. currently has over 50 Community Care Workers who provide direct personal care, support and supervision to named people who have disabling conditions. They promote people’s level of independence and help people to achieve personal growth and fulfilment.

The company has built up a reputation for providing high quality care/support services to people and this has been achieved by safe recruitment, training and management of staff. Whenever possible, we like to involve some of the people we support in staff selection.

NECC will normally advertise job vacancies in local newspapers, job centres (including internet) and by internal vacancy lists and company website. Many of our staff have been recommended to us by existing Community Care Workers.
